All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders take 1-3 business days to process after order confirmation.  All orders are shipped via USPS Ground (excluding government holidays).  You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.  Please note: it may take up to 48 hours for tracking status to be updated on the USPS website.  Allow 2-7 business days to receive your order.  Please allow up to 21 days for International shipping. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.  

*New arrivals, holiday season, and major sales are subject to longer processing time due to high volume. Please allow up to five business days for orders to be shipped during these peak times. 

We are only able to ship to the address indicate at checkout.  Shipping address are exported from one database to another, please ensure that the address you enter is correct upon receiving order confirmation email.  If an address error is made, please email us within 5 hours of confirmation email.  Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made.

Back Order

Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. This means that the items are currently out of stock but are currently in production and will be back in our inventory soon.  Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item(s) in which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as production is complete.  Please keep the following information in mind when placing a back order: 

  • Additional items in your order will be held back and sent at once.

  • The back order items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as production is complete in the order in which they were received.

  • Our window for allowing the purchase of back ordered items is 14 business days. If an item is unavailable to ship for 14 days or longer, that item will be made unavailable until the shipping estimate falls within 14 days of ordering.

  • We will do our best to estimate when back ordered items are expected to ship and post the date in the production description area. *This is only an estimation, subject to change, and shipping dates are not guaranteed.

  • You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your back order items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer support to follow up on your back order, we will take care of you from here on out!
